Something appears as a personal will.
What is it really? Is it what it appears to be?
What appears the most as personal will?
A belief and it’s opposition to what is.
What’s a belief?
It’s a thought taken as true.
It’s taken as true through another thought saying it’s true.
It’s created by thought.
It creates the feeling of opposition to reality, the feeling of a personal will.
It creates the experience of opposition to reality, and the experience of a personal will.
It creates actions that can be labeled opposition to reality and personal will.
So it’s all from a thought taken as true.
What or who is taking a thought as true?
Hm. It’s life taking it as true. Or, at least, pretending to take it as true.
Where is God’s will here?
If everything is God’s will, then this too is God’s will.
It’s life processes playing themselves out.
Life takes a story as true.
Life creates the appearance for itself of opposition to reality and personal will.
Is there opposition to reality?
Hm. It’s the appearance of opposition to reality.
And that appearance is created by a thought saying it is “opposition to reality”.
What’s more real is that reality appears to be in opposition to itself.
It pretends to be in opposition to itself.
So in a certain sense there is opposition to reality, there can be the appearance and experience of it.
In another sense there is not.
