Is it true I need it to go away?

 

I keep having old beliefs/wounds surfacing during the nights, and I see the tendency in me to want it to go away.

So I can ask myself…. Is it true I need it to go away?

Note:

In addition, I write down the stories that surface and inquire into them. What’s the story behind the emotions/wounds?

And I write down the stories about what’s surfacing and inquire into those too: It’s too much. It’s too overwhelming. I need to sleep. The stories are true. These emotions mean something is wrong.
