Another thing I am reminded of these days:
A thoughts may not be taken as true at a conscious level. I know it’s not true.
And yet, it may well be taken as true at an emotional level. It may feel true.
So it can be very helpful to identify that belief and inquire into it as meditation, and then do the same with underlying beliefs.
I may also breathe, feel and turn it over to infinite love/intelligence.
And shake (TRE) while bringing the belief and the emotions to mind, allowing some of the charge to release out of it and the patterns to reorganize.
