We can lose “everything” in life – job, marriage, friends, reputation, health, even our life.

And we can lose everything through inquiry.

It’s mine. This friendship is mine. These money are mine. This camera is mine. This marriage is mine. These thoughts/emotions/insights are mine. This peace/passion/love is mine.

It’s what it appears to be. I don’t have enough money. I lost the friendship. I lost my passion. I have chronic fatigue. I will die. It’s terrible to die. It’s terrible to be homeless.

There is an I or me it belongs to. I have money. I have the friendship. I have health. I have peace/passion/love/thoughts/emotions/insights.
