And that may be the case with any emotion and thought.
This fear means something terrible will happen. This sadness means something terrible happened. This anger means something went wrong. This stressful thought – about the present, past, or future, is true.
Is it true? Can I know for certain it’s true?
– anger, sadness, grief, resentment etc. lies
– thoughts lies
– a good reminder, a question
– it’s all a friend, and it’s all not pointing to truth, to reality
Is it true? Can I know for certain it’s true? What happens when I take it as true? Who would I be without this thought? What’s the validity in each of the turnarounds – to self, other, opposite?
