Byron Katie: How else can the mind stay identified if it’s not a victim?

That’s what suffering is for- to say “wake up, you’re in a dream.”

The ability to sit in your own pain gives you the ability to sit in ours.

There’s nothing that’s not of the mind.

How else can the mind stay identified if it’s not a victim? How else can it convince itself it’s something?

We are you. We are your projections.

When you die, this entire world dies.

There is no such thing as bad karma.

Just because you think it and believe it, doesn’t make it so.
