I find these type of questions helpful:

It’s too much. Is it true?

I can’t take it. Is it true?

I need it to go away. Is it true?

I need it to change. Is it true?

I am not willing to experience this forever. Is it true?

I don’t like it. Is it true?

I don’t know how to handle it. Is it true?

I don’t know what to do. Is it true?

These are brief mini-inquiries I can do in the moment, in everyday life.

And they help reorient me to what’s more real and true for me.

I usually use only one of these questions, whichever seems most helpful, and stay with it for a while.
