One Taste can be described in three – related – ways.
Awareness
When awareness becomes aware of itself as distinct from its content, it stays in the taste of awareness. All experiences of the inner/outer world unfold within spacious luminous awareness.
Phenomena
When awareness awakens to itself, all phenomena – all polarities – unfolds within it. It awakens to a transdual awareness. And in this, it also transcends the absolute and relative. All phenomena unfold from God, Spirit, the Ground, the Absolute. All phenomena have One Taste.
Transdual
The final – fully transdual – way, is when awareness and unfolding phenomena is one fluid seamless whole. There is a distinction but no separation. There is One Taste.
