Becoming Space & Time

When I find myself as headless, as the function of experiencing, I see that I am distinct from the world of phenomena. There is no space, no time, no self, no characteristics. It is only capacity for the world.

When phenomena arise within me as pure awareness, space & time comes into being at the same time. Without these fluid and changing phenomena spread out from each other, there is no space and time.

So to say that I – in my absolute aspect – am “space & awareness” is just a convenient shorthand, only approximately close to my immediate experience. Space only comes into being as the relative world comes into being in the present.
