Dream: No matter

I discover that I can put my arm – up to my shoulder – into and through anything. It is a new discovery for me, and yet it feels familiar, natural and mostly unsurprising. It happens with ease. Others are mildly surprised and at first assume it is a trick, although cannot understand how it is done.

I realize it happens because both the arm and the wall (or whatever else I put it into) are both awareness. What may appear solid and substantial, appears that way through an overlay of images and stories. There are cues in the different sense fields that trigger those overlays of images of solidity, such as the sight of an object, or certain sensations, yet what is really there is all ephemeral, insubstantial, the play of awakeness itself.
