You never know what’s hidden in that raisin

A friend of mine recoils at the sight or thought of raisins, and mentioned that she want to a worksheet and inquiry on them. It may seem a small topic. And yet, as she said you never know what’s hidden in that raisin. We do inquiry on what seems small, and we never know what will shift.

The belief may appear to us most easily in a an apparently insignificant area, such as dislike of raisins, and yet underpin a whole set of situations and relationships in our life.

That’s why there is the simple direction of doing inquiry on the thought that’s here now, the one creating stress for me right now, whatever it may be.
