Safety becomes my priority when I live as if certain assumptions are true. Instead of following what’s kind and wise to me, I live from what I think will keep me safe. I also notice that in Katie’s quite, the last part is stressful for me if it’s unquestioned, so I’ll look at that one too. Is it true I have “no life” if safety is my priority?
