As identification with identities release, it’s a goodbye to perceiving that identity as “me” or defining to who I am.
There can be some fear and a sense of nostalgia there, and the part that’s afraid or nostalgic can be met with love as well.
Holding satsang with a part of me, it’s allowing itself to relax and feel loved, understood and safe. And although it’s not the intention, it seems that this invites identifications to relax and release as well. Fear and nostalgia may come up, so I can include those in the satsang.
