Uncontaining

Pamela Wilson sometimes mentions uncontaining what’s here.

There is grief. (Or pressure, or anger, or physical pain, or excitement, something else.) How is it to uncontain it?

And what really happens when it’s uncontained? A softening of the image of it’s boundaries? If anger seems contained in my chest, how is it when that image is questioned? Held more lightly?

Is it true it is contained? Is it true it can be contained by any images about it’s boundaries? What happens when this is noticed?
