You are welcome here: this part of me visiting as I woke up this morning

I woke up with an uncomfortable feeling this morning. I couldn’t tell what it was about, or which story goes with it.

I feel that feeling.

You are welcome here.

Stay as long as you want.

I love you.

Thank you for protecting me.

What is your nature? What are you made of? What are you really?

I notice it’s already welcome. I notice it already stays for as long as it needs and wants. I notice it is protecting me. I notice the love for it that’s already here. I notice it’s nature, which is the same nature as everything else that’s here – what a thought may call awake space, or consciousness, or awakeness. (The ordinary awakeness that I imagine is the nature of all consciousnesses and the nature of anything of what appears in consciousness.)

I notice that what parts of me have seen as undesirable has immense value. It’s what I am. It is here to protect me. It is loved. It is what I am taking that form here and now. It brings all this into the foreground.

There is a sweetness here. Love. Coming home. It is coming home. I am coming home to myself.

I doesn’t need to go away, it’s more than welcome here.

I remember waking up with this feeling as a child and notice love for that child. He was scared. He felt unloved. He felt unsafe. He felt he didn’t belong.

Now he can be met as he wished to be met. I can give to him what he needed and still needs. I can be the one he was looking for.

Later, I notice the physical sensations. I notice the images coming up with it. I notice the sensations as sensations. I notice the images as images. I could have started with this, but I really wanted to meet this part of me as a being, as a part of me coming up wishing to be felt, seen, welcomed, loved, feel safe.

Wishing for its nature to be seen and rested in and as.

I then was with and welcomed the new plants on Milagros.
