When the oneness shift happened, what was revealed seemed far more real than this life in the world.
That’s how it still is. My nature is far more real to me than anything that happens within the field of experience.
To myself, I am consciousness, and the world – as it appears to me – happens within and as the consciousness I am.
Everything I have ever known is my nature. Everything I have ever known is this awake space taking all the always-changing forms of the world as it appears to me.
My nature – awake space – is clear. The content of experience – this human self, the wider world, any sense of a doer or observer – is like a dream. It happens within and as this awake space. It’s ephemeral.
In a way, it’s inevitable. It just comes out of how it all already is.
The consciousness I am is all I have ever known, so it seems profoundly familiar and clear. It’s a whole other category of familiar and clear than what those words usually refer to. The content of experience is like a dream since it’s fleeting and made up of the consciousness I am.
