One of the wonderful techniques (reminders) that comes out of Tibetan Buddhism is rejoicing. To rejoice in other’s happiness.
I find this to be a wonderful practice. As I do it now, I notice how I become space and gratitude, and how any attachments – and “hard” spots in me – dissolve into this space and gratitude. There is fullness, richness, space, gratitude… I experience myself (this holarchy from body to the absolute) as whole and fluid, seamlessly part of the larger whole and fluid Existence. It dissolves any experience of “me” into the larger whole of Existence.
